What are Logistics International’s business hours?
Office hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Peak season includes Saturday 9am to 1 pm.
Do you deliver to all locations within Trinidad and Tobago?
Unfortunately, circumstances does not allow us to do door deliveries to all locations. Alternative arrangements can be made though, please contact us.
What is the surcharge for fuel?
Fuel Surcharge is a cost for fuel charged to all shippers by airlines. This is a mandatory charge.
Are there any items that I cannot receive through my Logistics account?

I am a returning resident. Do I need to pay full duties and VAT on my household items?
Returning residents are allowed some special exemptions from customs duties and VAT. Full details are available on Customs & Excise website www.customs.gov.tt
Is it mandatory that I set up an account with Logistics International before I make a purchase?
It is advisable to set up your account with us before making online purchases. This will not only make your package easily identifiable and avoid delays in shipping your package, but it will also allow us to keep track of your shipments prior to it’s arrival at our Miami hub.
I do not have a credit card. Would Logistics be able to purchase an item on my behalf?
(8) We can make online purchases on your behalf, then bill you in TT dollars, which must be paid in cash at our office before the items are shipped.
What are the payment methods available?
We accept Cash, Debit Cards, and Company Cheques. Credit Cards at our office. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Personal Cheques.
Can you deliver to my home?
Due to potential risk, we are not able to deliver to all areas in Trinidad. Please contact us for delivery details.
What is the estimated time for receipt of packages?
We aim at having air shipments available to you within 3 business days of arrival at our Miami Hub. Ocean shipments within 2 weeks.
What is the largest size package that I can receive through my Logistics account?
You can use your Logistics account to ship any size package. You have the option of both air and ocean shipping.
Let us know before your shipment arrives at our Miami facility, so we can make the necessary arrangements to avoid
any delays.
Does Logistics offer Insurance for cargo?
Yes, we offer insurance for your shipments.
Are there any requirements for moving hazardous cargo?
Yes, hazardous cargo by nature, must be handled in accordance with industry regulation. Special packaging and paperwork are required as well as advance notification of your intention to ship hazardous materials. (see hazardous cargo list)
What information does Logistics International need in order to provide an accurate quote for a shipment?
To provide the most accurate freight quotation, we need to have the weight, dimension, commodity and destination port.
